Which McKenzie trip is right for you?
The 2-day overnight is for guests who want the fullest McKenzie trip we offer. With two days on the river, a fully supported overnight camp, great meals, and time to experience both the upper and lower McKenzie, it is our most immersive river trip on this watershed.
For most guests, the half-day trip is the best place to start. It is our most popular option for a reason: plenty of whitewater, beautiful scenery, and an easy fit for families, first-time rafters, and anyone wanting a fun, well-run McKenzie trip.
The full-day trip is a great choice for guests who want more river time, a riverside lunch, and a longer one-day experience without committing to an overnight.
McKenzie Half Day Trip
Our most popular option for families and first-timers, offered twice daily, approx. 14 miles. All gear included.
McKenzie Full Day Trip
Approx. 22 miles, more scenery, and a premium riverside lunch. All gear included.

Meeting Location & Time
Trips meet at our kiosk at the Christian church in McKenzie Bridge (open in maps), unless special arrangements have been made to be picked up at Belknap Hot Springs or other custom locations. It is a short 50-minute drive from either Eugene /Springfield & Sisters / Bend, Oregon. The trips are approximately 20 to 22 river miles long on day one and roughly 16-18 miles on the second day, depending on water levels.
Camps are often at group sites within campgrounds or along the riverbank, this also depends on the time of year and availability since sites are in high demand. We are also willing to customize overnight trips to fit your schedule and needs, so call us today with your ideas!
