Legal & Title IV Terms of Service Statement

High Country Expeditions and its guides are permitted by the U.S. Forest Service to operate on the Willamette and McKenzie Rivers within the Willamette National Forest. Deschutes River trips are operated under permit issued by the Prineville District of the Bureau of Land Management, and Owyhee River trips are permitted through the Vale District of the Bureau of Land Management.

California Salmon, Klamath, and Scott River trips are operated under permits issued by the Klamath National Forest. Upper Klamath River trips are operated under special use permit from the Klamath Falls Resource Area of the Bureau of Land Management. High Country Expeditions is licensed through the Oregon State Marine Board, with guides and employees operating under the company’s licensure as required by law, and maintains the insurance and bonding required for that licensure. High Country Expeditions provides services on a nondiscriminatory basis with equal opportunity and access for all.
