River Guide:
Have you ever wanted to work as a river guide in the Pacific Northwest? High Country Expeditions is looking for guides to join our team for the 2008 season. We are looking for dependable & energetic people who have or are wanting to obtain superior boating, people and general outdoor skills. All of our guides have extraordinary training and credentials, use top of the line gear and equipment and above all, love what they do. We are looking for people who love the outdoors and whitewater and want to share these experiences with others on a professional level.

great reputation for running some of the Northwest's finest rivers, offering top of the line adventures, using the most advanced gear available, giving extra special attention to detail and having extremely knowledgable and personable staff. We are
expanding our guide crew and are looking for fun-loving, dedicated individuals to
join our team. Whether you are a veteran guide or have always dreamed about becoming a guide, this may be the opportunity for you. Office Receptionist Extraordinaire:
We are looking for a full-time or part-time office extraordinaire.
Needs & tasks involved with the position
* Friendly, positive & outgoing attitude
* Great customer service skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Use of MS-Word, MS-Excel, Outlook
* An interest in the world of outdoor recreation
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Multi-tasking in a (at times) very hectic environment. Again, multi-tasking.
* Able to manage simultaneous logistical tasks
* Desire to learn as much about Oregon & California whitewater
* Self-motivated
* Being able to deal with river guides in a fun, challenging and at times crazy industry. Ha :-)
