What makes the High Country Expeditions rental center rental program unique?
All of our raft rentals are on a 24 hr rental agreement, and raft pick up options (at the end of the day) are available for an additional fee as long as it is pre-arranged. This service is optional and available from May through September for additional fee!

We provide top of the line SOTAR rafts and a variety of gear (including wetsuits, paddle jackets, etc.) and can refer you to a local company for river shuttles!

Raft Rentals

The Rental Center rents 13 and 14-foot SOTAR rafts, five to eight-person self-bailing rafts. Each rental includes a set of Coast Guard approved life jackets and paddles, pump, and bowline. Rowing frames and oars for rafts are also available. One and two person self-bailing inflatable kayaks are also available to rent. These come with paddles, life jackets, helmets, and pump. Pick up can be arranged at the time of booking for an additional fee.

We do not deliver or pick up equipment.

Rafts and kayaks may be transported either inflated or deflated, this must be decided at time of booking. Trailer rentals are not available. A valid driver's license and major credit card are required and advanced reservations are highly recommended.

13 & 14 foot rafts: $120 per day / $650 per week (with the related equipment included; 3 thwarts, 8 PFD's & 8 paddles)

Wet suit rentals: $15 per day / $55 per week (7 days)

Booties: $7 per day / $25 per week (7 days)

Helmets: $5 per day / $20 per week (7days)

Extra PFD (life jacket): $7 per day / $25 per week (7 days)

Extra pump: $10 per day / $45 per week (7 days)

Rowing frames, oars and straps are $40 per day / $175 per week additional.

Rental Cancellations & Refunds:
Full payment is due at the time of reservation for all rentals. Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled rental pick-up, however, a non-refundable 10% charge will apply in all instances. No refunds are given if cancellation is within 72 hours of your rental pick-up. A $250 per raft cleaning & security deposit is required with a credit card and will be held until the raft and equipment are inspected on your return. All renters must sign an "assumption of risk" form accepting responsibility for themselves and all damage to or loss of rented equipment. Cleaning fees will be charged if equipment is not clean when returned.
