Needs & tasks involved with the position * Friendly, positive & outgoing attitude * Great customer service skills * Strong organizational skills * Use of MS-Word, MS-Excel, Outlook * An interest in the world of outdoor recreation * Strong communication and listening skills * Multi-tasking in a (at times) very hectic environment. Again, multi-tasking. * Able to manage simultaneous logistical tasks * Desire to learn as much about Oregon & California whitewater * Self-motivated * Being able to deal with river guides in a fun, challenging and at times crazy industry.
